It wasn’t that long ago (one year, to be exact) when we completely redesigned the Agent Dashboard and Profile Pages. But time flies by fast, and we’re not slowing down - that’s why we’ve made another significant upgrade to the Agent Profile Page based on your feedback. We heard you loud and clear!
It’s not only about the new look. It’s also about the new features and improved functioning of the entire Profile Page. What exactly is new?
It’s now easier for your customers to send you an email, call, refer, or share your Profile Page with their friends and family. And they don’t have to look for the contact options anymore; we’ve moved them around and made them more visible and accessible.
You can quickly gather referrals straight from your Profile Page; just send the link to your customers and ask them to refer a friend. All they have to do is click a button and provide their friend’s contact information.
This new option allows you to add your own background picture. You’ll still be able to choose your background picture from the default backgrounds in the system, but you’ll also have an option to add your own. You can only add one background picture at a time.
This feature is an entirely new addition to the profile page! Before, the Profile Page featured only a YouTube video. Now, you can add up to six images or videos! You have complete control over the order of the pictures and videos, and you can add, delete, or replace them whenever you want.
We've changed the order and deleted some sections to make showcasing your expertise a little easier (and simpler!). Now, you can add an “About You” section and a title that’ll be displayed above the “About You” section on your Profile Page.
Moreover, apart from adding Languages, Certifications, and Specialties, you can now share your Awards, Education, Experience, Interests, and Charity. These fields are optional, meaning you can share more about yourself, but you don’t have to.
To help your customers navigate the page better, we’ve added a filter to your testimonials section! Now, your customers can easily filter by Category (Seller, Buyer, etc.) and sort them by highest first, lowest first, or rating. This way, your customers can quickly find what they’re looking for!
The changes to your Profile Page are reflected in your Agent Dashboard's redesigned “Profile” section. Finding and adding or updating necessary information is cleaner and more straightforward.
But that’s not all. Throughout the Agent Dashboard, we’ve introduced minor fixes to make the new look more modern and easier to navigate.
You’ll notice that retrieving information about surveys and testimonials is now simpler. We’ve decided to improve the look of the dashboard and the homepage so that all the essential information is presented clearly once you log in.
