New Feature Alert: Get Reviews with the New Review URL & Review Button

We listen to our users’ feedback very carefully, and as a result of that, we’re happy to introduce two new ways to get reviews, the Review URL and Review Button!

These new features transform your RealSatisfied® account into a complete, 360-degree solution for review collection.

The Review URL - just copy & paste it!

The Review URL feature, designed for ease of use, allows RealSatisfied® users to copy and paste a custom Review URL that they can send to their clients via text messages, email, or add to their social media profiles and email signatures. The possibilities are limitless!

‍

It’ll help you cover all moments when clients interact with your brand, like via email, on your website, or through text messages - giving them a simple yet effective way to share positive feedback!

If someone clicks on the URL, they will be taken to the Agent’s Profile Page, and a review pop-up will automatically open. All they have to do is state their affiliation with the agent, rate their experience, and provide a testimonial.

You now have total flexibility when it comes to asking for new reviews and reminding clients to submit them. Leaving a review is quick and easy, even for the most busy clients.

The Review Button - the missing piece of your Profile Page!

We’ve also added a Review Button to the Agent Profile Page. This allows agents to easily collect a review from any visitor to their Profile Page!

‍The Review Button is the cherry on top of the customizable Profile Page. With various contact options, a visual media gallery, and about sections, all the agents were missing was a way to generate new reviews directly from their Profile Pages. And now it’s finally possible!

Now, the Profile Page does more than just showcase your expertise and positive reviews from past clients. From now on, it is yet another way to get new reviews from happy clients and associates.

Agents have full control over the Review Button and can always turn it off in the ‘Settings’ section.

Who has access to the new Review URL and Review Button?

The Review URL and Review Button are available for all individual Agent Pro accounts. If you receive your RealSatisfied® account through your brokerage, these features will be available to you if your broker has enabled them.

Showcase new reviews!

Every new review added through the Review Button or Review URL must be approved before it can be publicly visible on your Profile Page, Realtor.com profile, or feeds and widgets. 

‍

We'll notify you immediately when you receive a new review through the Review URL or Review Button, so remember to take action as soon as you get it and showcase it to the entire world!
