Many of our users have been waiting for the option to request a Testimonial & Rating without the survey questions. Well, today is your lucky day because it is now available! With only the ratings and a testimonial, it’s the new way of generating client testimonials, and it’s faster than ever.
When sending a Seller or Buyer survey to your client, choose the survey category and then the type. In the survey type dropdown, select the ‘Testimonial & Rating Only’ option.
It’s that easy!
You can check what the Testimonial & Rating Request will look like for your client here.
The Testimonial & Rating Request consists of the standard Satisfaction, Performance, and Recommendation ratings that you are used to in every RealSatisfied® survey. We ask your clients to rate you in each category on a scale of 1 to 10.
Next, we ask them to provide you with a testimonial. That’s all!
The Testimonial & Rating Request is quick to fill out and simple to navigate.
Don’t worry, we still calculate the rating from the Testimonial & Rating Request the same way as we do the Full Survey and Short Survey.
If you’ve purchased your own RealSatisfied® account, the Testimonial & Rating Request was automatically enabled. You can start using it right away!
If you receive your RealSatisfied® account through your brokerage, you will only have access to the Testimonial & Rating Request if your brokerage has enabled it.
For a brokerage to enable the Testimonial & Rating Request, the owner or admin needs to contact our Support Team at support@realsatisfied.com, and we’ll take things from there.
