Many of our users have been waiting for the option to request a Testimonial & Rating without the survey questions. Well, today is your lucky day because it is now available! With only the ratings and a testimonial, it’s the new way of generating client testimonials, and it’s faster than ever.
When sending a Seller or Buyer survey to your client, choose the survey category and then the type. In the survey type dropdown, select the ‘Testimonial & Rating Only’ option.
It’s that easy!

The Testimonial & Rating Request consists of the standard Satisfaction, Performance, and Recommendation ratings that you are used to in every RealSatisfied survey. We ask your clients to rate you in each category on a scale of 1 to 10.
Next, we ask them to provide you with a testimonial. That’s all!
The Testimonial & Rating Request is quick to fill out and simple to navigate.
Don’t worry, we still calculate the rating from the Testimonial & Rating Request the same way as we do the Full Survey and Short Survey.
If you’ve purchased your own RealSatisfied account, the Testimonial & Rating Request was automatically enabled. You can start using it right away!
If you receive your RealSatisfied account through your brokerage, you will only have access to the Testimonial & Rating Request if your brokerage has enabled it.
For a brokerage to enable the Testimonial & Rating Request, the owner or admin needs to contact our Support Team at support@realsatisfied.com, and we’ll take things from there.
