Victoria Hunt-Weiss is Vice President and Director of Affordable Housing Services at Commonwealth Land Title Company, with 35 years of experience and a pioneering role in forming the industry’s first Affordable Housing Division. Her team has closed the majority of Southern California’s affordable housing transactions over the past 25 years, specializing in tax credits, bonds, and HUD-funded deals. Originally from London and now residing in Malibu, she enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and staying active in industry organizations like SCANPH.
