I’ve been working in escrow for about 5 years, I started my escrow journey at Fidelity, and have been here since! I started out as an assistant, and worked my way to escrow officer for a National builder account, and now manage our builder division at Fidelity National Title – Maricopa. I’ve worked on various types of transactions during my time here, including: Residential Resale Transactions (homes & Vacant land), working with investors, refinances, and new home builds. Currently, our office focuses and specializes on new construction contracts, but are willing and able to process traditional resale and refinance transactions as well. I take pride and joy in helping folks over the finish line to close on their purchase or sale. We know it can be a prolonged and stressful process for folks, but we enjoy ending their transaction on a positive note, and assisting folks on transitioning into a new period in their lives.
