With industry experience dating back to 2020 and a background in communications, public service, and customer care, I bring a client first mindset and a strong commitment to keeping every transaction organized, informed, and moving forward. From supporting escrow operations to helping anticipate needs before they arise, I strive to be a dependable resource and a steady presence throughout the escrow process.

Beyond the office, I’m a proud dog mom to my lab, Hamford (Hammy for short)! I’m family oriented and deeply grounded in my Vietnamese culture and traditions. Family means everything to me, it’s the core of how I live and how I approach my work. I treat every client like family, with honesty, heart, and attention to detail. In my spare time, you’ll likely find me dancing to my favorite jams or unwinding with a cute amigurumi crochet project in hand. Yes… I can help keep a closing on track, break out a dance move, and stitch a carrot all in the same day!
