As Vice President, Sales Manager, and Assistant County Manager for Chicago Title’s Alameda and Contra Costa County operations, Shelly leads a high-performing team delivering exceptional title insurance, escrow, and closing services to real estate professionals, lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout the region.
