Maria is a seasoned Escrow Officer in our Burlingame office, bringing 29 years of experience in Title and Escrow.  Raised in San Francisco’s Sunset District and the San Mateo area, she carries deep local knowledge and a strong connection to the communities she serves.

Known for her excellent communication skills and strong problem‑solving abilities, Maria takes pride in delivering a smooth and supportive escrow experience. Her adaptable working style allows her to meet the unique needs of every client—whether she’s working with high‑level executives, busy parents, first‑time homebuyers, or senior citizens.
