With over two decades in the industry, Kristen Flood began her career in 2000 and has been a top performer at Ticor Title from the very start. 
Her passion for supporting real estate professionals and her deep knowledge of the business have earned her a reputation of excellence and reliability. 
Kristen’s dedication goes far beyond transactions, she  values relationships, service, and delivering results her clients can count on. 
Kristen has been married to her high school sweetheart Mike, for over 38 years.
Together, they’ve raised two wonderful children and now are proud grandparents of three beautiful grandchildren. 
Her favorite moments are spent with her family which brings her tremendous joy. Kristen also enjoys traveling, going to the movies, pickleball, riding bikes, and planting flowers.
