Clark County native, Katelin Harteloo, has been a dedicated member of the Fidelity Family since 2015. With eight years of prior experience in banking and consumer lending, she possesses a deep understanding of the financial aspects of real estate transactions.

Katelin is highly regarded in the industry for her professionalism and expertise in the escrow process.  She prides herself on her communication skills, ensuring clients are well-informed and at ease, from contract to keys. Her proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail guarantee that transactions are handled smoothly and efficiently, minimizing undue stress throughout the real estate journey. In her spare time, Katelin enjoys playing in a billiards league, practicing aerial yoga, camping, and spending time outdoors. She can also be found hanging out with her beloved kitties, Gouda and Bleu.
