Eden Toothman’s dedication has helped nurture her career and earn her colleagues' trust enabling her to build strong relationships with her team, real estate agents, lenders, investors, builders and all that have the opportunity to work with her. With 20+ years in the escrow and real estate industry, Eden is has experience with all types of residential and commercial transactions.

Eden graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a B.S. in Environmental Science. While in college, she worked for a commercial real estate company and a title company. After graduating, she pursued a full-time career in escrow and quickly moved up the ranks to obtain national recognition as an escrow officer in the top 5%. Eden is known for her integrity, diplomacy and sincerity in her dealings. She has built an impeccable reputation with her refreshing customer service, capability to adapt, ability to problem solve and proven skill to guide all parties through a smooth transaction. Her greatest pride is looking out for her clients’ best interests.

Eden relocated to the Portland, Oregon area with her  husband and daughters in 2018. When she isn’t closing escrows, she loves to go camping, try new restaurants, do genealogy research, and explore all that Oregon has to offer.
