Cassidy Helton brings over a decade of hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge to her role as an Escrow Officer at Chicago Title.  Having grown up immersed in the title and escrow profession through her parents, Cassidy developed a passion for the business at an early age. 
A native of the Roseville/Rocklin area and a graduate of Whitney High School, Cassidy began her career in escrow shortly after graduation.  With over 10 years in the business, she has earned a reputation for her attention to detail, extensive industry knowledge, and ability to manage even the most complex transactions with professionalism and care.  Her strong work ethic, commitment to client service, and ability to build trusted relationships with agents, lenders, and clients set her apart in a competitive market.
Cassidy is known not only for her technical expertise but also for her clear and timely communication, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing process for all parties involved.
Outside of work, Cassidy is a proud mother to two wonderful children who inspire her daily both personally and professionally.
