Building on over 10 years in banking and wealth management experience, Brian McCauley’s central goal is to create lasting relationships with industry partners in real estate and lending that result in superior experiences for their clients. Well-versed in both residential and commercial transactions, he formerly had both his securities and real estate licenses.

With a B.A. in International Finance and minor in Computer Science from the University of Oregon, Brian comes prepared to offer counsel in both business development and retention strategies. His community focus also allows him to assess the marketplace and develop a blueprint that supports both broker and lending professionals. That commitment to the region is underscored by his service during his career on several boards of directors for not-for-profits.

Originally from Eugene, he is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, camping, backpacking. An avid golfer, basketball player, and unwavering UO Duck fan, Brian also enjoys spending time with his wife, son, daughter, and their dog. Proud of his wife’s work as a Client Solutions Manager with ProFocus Technology, they enjoy a shared spirit for the community.
