As an Escrow Officer, AVP & Branch Manager at Ticor Title Midtown, I lead with Hustle & Heart — combining professionalism, communication, and genuine care to deliver a seamless closing experience for every client.

For me, escrow is more than paperwork — it’s people. It’s being part of one of the biggest milestones in someone’s life and helping them feel informed, supported, and celebrated along the way. I believe that clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and authentic relationships are the foundation of a smooth closing (and a strong community).

With over two decades of experience in the title and escrow industry, I’ve built my reputation on trust, leadership, and follow-through. Whether I’m mentoring my team, collaborating with agents and lenders, or guiding first-time buyers through the process, my goal is always the same: to provide clarity, confidence, and care from start to finish.

Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me on the ball field cheering for my kids, or at a professional ball game with my family, spending time with my husband, traveling, brainstorming new ways to give back. I truly believe that when you lead with heart — in business and in life — great things happen.
