With more than 20 years in the industry and 15 years of experience at Chicago Title, I have built a deep understanding of the escrow process and a strong foundation in a wide range of transactions from residential resale to complex commercial deals.   I began my journey with Chicago Title as a hands-on Relief Escrow Officer, supporting teams and clients through every kind of transaction with care and precision.

For the past three years, I've proudly served as the Escrow Operations Manager, where I lead and support an amazing team of escrow professionals.  I'm passionate about creating a positive, collaborative environment where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow.

Whether it's guiding a complex file to closing or mentoring a team member through a challenge, I believe in the power of meaningful relationships, consistent support and steady leadership to make a real difference - for our team and our clients.
