These RealSatisfied Agent Pro Terms of Use (“RealSatisfied Agent Pro Terms”) establish the additional terms under which the RealSatisfied Agent Pro service (“RealSatisfied Agent Pro Subscription”) is provided to you. The description of the additional Services included in the RealSatisfied Agent Pro Subscription, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice, is published on the Site. The RealSatisfied Terms are incorporated by references into and made a part of these RealSatisfied Agent Pro Terms.
Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a monthly RealSatisfied Agent Pro Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the then-current monthly subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your RealSatisfied Agent Pro Subscription. Your RealSatisfied Agent Pro Subscription will automatically bill your credit card for the then-current monthly subscription fee. This fee will be processed on the date you subscribed until you cancel your RealSatisfied Agent Pro Subscription. If your credit card or other payment method is not received on your normal recurring billing date for your RealSatisfied Agent Pro Subscription, at RealSatisfied’s sole discretion, your account will either be locked until payment is received, or automatically downgraded to a free Agent Lite account.. Your RealSatisfied Agent Pro Subscription may be cancelled upon written notice to us, such cancellation will become effective at the end of the then current month. There are no refunds or prorations. Except where otherwise expressly provided, all amounts are stated and shall be paid in United States Dollars (USD) and you are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Annual Subscription: By purchasing an annual RealSatisfied Agent Pro Subscription, you agree to a non-refundable pre-payment for one full year. The annual RealSatisfied Agent Pro Subscription will automatically renew each year, at prevailing rates, on a recurring basis from the date your annual RealSatisfied Agent Pro Subscription is purchased, until cancelled by you in writing to us, with such cancellation becoming effective at the end of the then current term. If your credit card or other payment method is not received on your normal recurring billing date for your RealSatisfied Agent Pro Subscription, at RealSatisfied sole discretion, your account will either be locked until payment is received, or automatically downgraded to a free Agent Lite account.. Translation TOU
These translation terms of use (“Translation Terms”) establish the additional terms under which the translation Service is provided to you. The RealSatisfied Terms are incorporated by references into and made a part of these Translation Terms.
The Service may include translations, these have been provided for your convenience and are provided to you “as is”. Your use of any translations is at your own risk. No warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, is made as to the accuracy, reliability, or correctness of any translations made from English into any other language. The official text for all Services is the English language version. If you have any questions related to the accuracy of the information contained in the translation, please refer to the English version.
Single Sign On TOU
These Single Sign On (“SSO”) terms of use (“SSO Terms”) establish the additional terms under which the SSO Service is provided to you. The RealSatisfied Terms are incorporated by references into and made a part of these SSO Terms.
RealSatisfied may provide a RealSatisfied Client or you with access to SSO services. SSO shall always be subject to these SSO Terms. SSO will only be available if RealSatisfied enters into agreements with third-party providers for such service. When RealSatisfied’s agreement with a third-party provider terminates, your access to and use of the third-party provider’s product or service using the SSO shall also terminate. All Services and third-party materials accessed under the SSO will be linked to and may be accessed by a single set of credentials. You are responsible for ensuring no unauthorized access occurs. You agree that RealSatisfied shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever from any claims made as a result or related to use of SSO services. You also understand and agree that SSO might not be available for all, and additional fees may apply.
Data Fill TOU
These Data Fill Service terms of use (“Data Fill Terms”) establish the additional terms under which the Data Fill Service is provided to you. The RealSatisfied Terms are incorporated by references into and made a part of these Data Fill Terms.
RealSatisfied may provide a RealSatisfied Client or you with the ability to auto fill / complete and / or manually input text in certain data fields of the Services without viewing the entire text of the document being completed (“Data Fill Feature”). You acknowledge that you will review the Services and / or document in its entirety with all text and data revealed before you send, use, or print using the Data Fill Feature. You agree that RealSatisfied has no responsibility or liability whatsoever which might result from your use of a Data Fill Feature.
