- She identified the features that would be attractive to future buyers as well as the gaps that needed to be addressed - both for the interior and the exterior
- She gave us a very comprehensive list of things to do in the house which helped its saleablility tremendously
- She took great initiative in helping me with improving the curb appeal, personally picking new plants
- She was also there with me while shopping for curtains, fixtures etc
- Everything from cleaning services, handyman for hanging curtains and other minor jobs, getting a staging consultant etc were all handled meticulously by her
- All paperwork was done productively and efficiently making it easy for us
