"Greatly enjoyed working with Julianne; her humor, professionalism, and skills are unbeatable. The best way I can sum it up is to tell my favorite story about the process: I was contacted by a title company asking for a photo copy of a check I had mailed weeks prior that wasn't in their system. I sent a text message updating Julianne on this, expecting it to be a headache. In 24 hours, she had copies of the missing check sent to me, the title company, the financing company, and had contacted all of the above to ensure there were no other problems. A problem I had given up on was solved by her in hours. I bought a complicated property with a probate sale, a lender she'd never heard of, and an undecided timeline. She made it so easy I legitimately want to buy more property just to work with her again. Already recommended her to my coworkers and friends, and will continue to do so."

"Some scammer was pretending to be me and contacted numerous real estate folks in and around Reno to list/sell my property in Wadsworth. Julianne Holt was one of those contacted via email. She took the time to find my phone number and reached out to confirm I was trying to list my property. I was not. She was extremely professional during our initial phone conversation.
A few days later I called her back and we talked about her listing my property. We discussed all terms and she prepared a sales contract.
