"I had originally bought this property with the help of Kevin 11 years ago and he was absolutely amazing. He made it extremely seemless and easy for me. So when I decided to sell it I had no doubt that I was going to use Kevin. I was more concerned about if I still had his contact info. Again he made it so easy. He met with me at my condo, gave me honest feedback, and then was quick to get it photographed and videoed and up on the website. The virtual tour was done so well if I wasn't the seller I would have wanted to go for a tour. My condo was up for sale on a Friday and by Sunday it was conditionally sold. He was in communication with me the whole time through the negotiating and when I had a question he gave me his honest opinion. It didn't end there either. He recommended the lawyer, moving company and cleaner that I hired and man were they absolutely amazing too! He handled absolutely everying from beginning to end. I will be holding onto his info for years to come!"
