"Sarah's knowledge of the processes, accessibility and her honesty in all aspects make her easy to deal with, easy to trust and thoroughly enjoyable to do business with. Sarah was on target with all advice and worked within my timeframe, never pressured me and was a most understanding advocate. Sarah able to identify mistakes by buyer's realtor, whose attitue was presented as if he were a superior agent. This man on the buyer's side made several mistakes on contracts on multiple occasions that were caught by Sarah. I grew to mistrust and dislike the other agent extraordinarily as his mysoginsitic and rude behavior made the process irritating and aggravating. However, Sarah handled each situation with extreme diplomacy and professionalism. Immensely more professional that the buyer-side agent. She is impressive beyond measure and I highly recommend her.
