"Sally Brooke was an excellent realtor, the best I've ever dealt with. First she was a great communicator, staying in constant contact via phone. She was never late in contacting me or getting back with me. Second, her years of experience really added to all of the marketing. She had suggestions and techniques that made sense and paid off. This comes from experience. Third, I think she went above and beyond what I expected. For example, she had a handyman complete a few tasks, always checking with me first and agreeing on the work and the cost. Another example is that when the dishwasher sprung a leak only days before closing (due to frigid temperatures out of the ordinary), she discovered the leak by checking on the house herself. Then she mopped up the leak and turned off the water supply until a repair could be done. Fourth, while I was hesitant to have open houses, she hosted those which had great payoff.
She was patient with me and fully answered any questions/concerns."
