"While searching for a realtor to buy our first home we were referred to Mike Mcdonnell. We spent a month searching and looked at about 15 homes before finding the right one. Throughout the process, Mike was very flexible and was able to work around our schedule extremely well. He gave lots of useful advice, homes to avoid, homes that were overall in good condition, etc.
Once we found the home we wanted, Mike moved efficiently. He communicated with us almost every day, and answered any questions we had. He gave suggestions based on his personal experience, but emphasized that he was working for us and that we had the final say.
Our home was the first home Mike had worked with which had a home warranty. Despite this, he jumped head first into it and made a point to get as much information about the warranty and what it covered as he could. This was very helpful allowing us to make an informed decision regarding negotiations."
