"Chris Framan is a real pro! He knows the market. He understands how to get maximum visibility for the property. He is well connected with other realtors and developers. Chris is resourceful in recommending various trades people to help get the house prepared for sale. He lives in the community and is extremely responsive to any/all needs. This was helpful since I live down in San Diego. Chris is pleasant, friendly, extremely professional, and a great communicator. He goes above and beyond what is necessary. Examples would include helping get rid of extra 'junk' on the driveway .. bringing rags to help mop up the water from the slab leak .. driving by the house to help get the various trades people to provide their services, etc. We could not have sold/closed escrow without Chris assistance.
