Though we can't always get what we want, especially since it's a resale, she saw to it that we got close enough to what we wanted and felt satisfied. I know I probably annoyed her with all my calls?but she always answered or returned them.
She proved herself very knowledgeable, yet humble. If she couldn't answer a question, she would say so and then do her best to get that answer. I also appreciate her punctuality.
