"Erin was referred to us by a friend of a friend. We contacted her a couple weeks before coming to Silver City to share with her our needs in a new home. We told her we wanted to purchase a house within a month. We gave her a list of 5 houses we had been watching on line for several months. Even before we had an agent's contract with her she scouted some of the houses for us. We arrived in Silver City on December 7th. Met with Erin on December 9th. Looked at a few houses. Chose the one we wanted and put an offer that same afternoon. She called us the following morning to tell us our offer had been accepted. We set a tentative closing date for Jan. 4.
Erin guided us through the steps, due diligence, title search, etc. every puzzle piece fell into place in such a timely manner that we were able to close on December 27th, 17 days after our contract was accepted! We were elated to have bought a new home within the timeframe we specified thanks to Erin's expertise.
