"Rebecca Watwood took the time to really help us prepare the house for sale, which was important as we are out of town and not familiar with local contractors. She was great at suggesting what would be important for buyers (the view!) and where we should focus our prep work and dollars. Although the house took longer to prepare for sale than we expected because of the upgrades, once it did get listed it sold quickly, due in part to Becky's recommedations on how we could best negotiate with the buyer. All in all a great experience with someone who really knows the local market and who proved very responsive, reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend!"
