"Wendy Birtcher, suggest a selling price higher than what I was thinking; She found a buyer before my home went on the market.
Wendy still marketed my home with the mindset, a backup plan was nessary in case the sale did not go through. There was a couple of items that needed to be address prior to the closing of escrow and she took care of them."
