"Ashlee was very helpful with our cross-country home purchase! When we were still far away, she met with us over Zoom to introduce herself and answer any questions we had. Once we traveled to the area, she was happy to show us the houses we were interested in. Once we decided which house we wanted to make an offer on, Ashlee was there to answer questions. She helped us write an offer and was excellent in navigating the whole process. Every step of the way, she was prompt in answering questions, scheduling appointments with inspectors and specialists, and meeting us at the home for each thing. We had to go back across the country before the sale was closed, and she was still there over the phone to make the rest of the process complete smoothly.
