Domenica Giordano

Domenica was great to work with on this transacation. Highly responsive and professional throughout. Our mutual client was very happy with her service on both their sale and purchase of a new home. I would highly reccomend Domenica!

Domenica made what could have been a stressful process feel completely manageable from start to finish. She was incredibly hard-working, always following up, checking in, and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. What stood out most was her knowledge of the market — she was able to answer every question I had and gave me honest, informed guidance instead of just telling me what I wanted to hear. I could always count on her to be dependable, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting me the best outcome. If you’re looking for a realtor who will work tirelessly for you and truly knows what she’s doing, Domenica is the one to call. Five stars all the way!

Working with Domenica was honestly the best decision we made during our home buying process and I say that as someone who now understands just how not chill buying a house can be. Not only is Domenica an amazing agent, but she is also a personal friend, which somehow made everything more fun and more efficient. She knew exactly when to be professional and when to talk us off the ledge. From showings to late night texts and “are we overthinking this?” calls, she was always there and completely unphased. She kept everything moving, explained each step clearly, and stayed calm while we spiraled over inspections and deadlines. Nothing slipped through the cracks and she always seemed one step ahead. Overall, she made a stressful process feel exciting. We trusted her completely and she delivered, our DREAM HOME. Highly recommend, just don’t be surprised if you end up wanting to hang out with your real estate agent after closing.
