I have been in the interior design industry since the early 90's, started new home sales in 1996.  Needless to say, I've seen the inside of many homes in the Cincinnati area.   My design eye will notice characteristics of homes that sometimes go unseen.   I still travel to furniture trade shows to see what will be the next interior and color trend.
