Every client deserves a real estate agent who is going to provide professional and knowledgable representation whether they are buying, selling or renting a property. Nearly 30 years of both serving clients and actively investing in real estate myself provides me with a unique perspective. Having been a buyer or seller myself well over 100 times combined with representing countless clients who have been everything from first-time home buyers, to overwhlemed family who jsut inherited a home to seasoned large-scale investors means there are not too many scenarios I have not seen and there are not too many hurdles i have not already helped someone else leap over. In the end that can translate to an easier transaction with a better likelihood of success for you!

I've used the Charles Smith Agency many times in the past for purchasing rental properties. There is a reason I've continuously used Todd Kessler. I like the fact that no matter when I call Todd picks up the phone and gives me the answer I need or gets the information immediately and calls me right back. I would highly recommend Todd Kessler to anyone looking for a home.

Todd was very instrumental in getting the house sold and exceeded my expectations in terms of sale price. The house needed a lot of work, but Todd was able secure a buyer, and, with minimal extra cost to me, was able to complete the sale. He guided me throughout the entire process and made sure that everything that was needed was done to complete the sale. He made a complicated process seem easy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in the Laurence Harbor area.
