"Dan's thourough knowledge of the real estate market in the Manitowish Waters area was critical in bringing this sale to the finish line. IN the process of the sale, he lined up a cleaning firm, a roofing compony to fix a skylight leak and provided the name of an estate sale firm that was not needed in the end.
