Allen Grace

Allen Grace is a excellent realtor to work with. He is very attentive to all aspects dealing with real estate. After working with Allen through several properties, buying and selling, I would recommend his expert knowledge in any real estate needs in the future.

He's not just a Realistate Broker salesmen he's Part of our caring friends, fun to talk to and laugh with .. during these days of global issues. He insured home was perfict to sell and on point and on time . He pegged the selling price as I started high just in case it sold fast then ; then we adjusted it accordingly. On my bad days , Allen remained professional and listened superbly and was always calm cool collective, as I was at times up set with market. Purgatory home sales sellers and buyers odd market . Well best to all at Cressy and Everett: Blessings to Allen Grace and Family . Thank you Allen Mary and Tom

Allen Grace did a fantastic job helping us sell our house. He helped us set an ideal market value. We got offers our first day on the market and he was a pro in helping us navigate inspection responses and handle all of the back-and-forth at the end of the sale. We've now bought two homes with Allen and sold one, and would be happy to recommend him to anyone.
